The purpose of the Orange County Community Alerts page is to notify the citizens of Orange County and Central Florida of events that might be of critical importance to them. For example, active Community Alerts might inform you regarding shelter locations in the event of a hurricane; boil-water alerts might be posted in the event of a water health-safety situation.
