Mayor Richard T. Crotty

Downtown Orange County is the initiative of Mayor Crotty to provide Orange County services and support to defined community partners and other regional stakeholders.

Downtown Orange County will initially consist of:

  • Orange County Code Enforcement
  • Orange County Fire Rescue
  • Orange County Division of Building Safety
  • Orange County Sheriff

Downtown Orange County encompasses one of the world's most popular recreation and tourism corridors. Along International Drive the diversity of attractions, fine restaurants and shopping opportunities are world-renowned.

I-4 from downtown Orlando:

  • Take I-4 West (Merge to the far left immediately) (Approximately 7.2 miles)
  • Take exit 75A (Exit to the Left) onto Kirkman Rd. (SR-435) (Merge to the far right immediately) (Approximately 1 mile)
  • Take a right at the light onto Carrier Dr. Bear to the right at stop sign.
  • Take a left onto Universal Boulevard at first light.
  • Cross over Sand Lake Road at first light.
  • Stay on Universal Boulevard past next light at Pointe Plaza, second light at Convention Way and a third light at the North/South Parking.
  • Take the next right onto Tradeshow Boulevard. (See our Trailers on your right)
  • Enter at gate and go to Suite 200.

Bee Line (SR 528) from Airport:

  • Take Bee Line West to exit ? Universal Boulevard (Exit to the Right)
  • Stay right on Universal Boulevard for approximately 2 miles.
  • Turn left (south) onto Tradeshow Boulevard. (See our Trailers on your right)
  • Enter at gate and go to Suite 200.
