The Water Reclamation Division provides service to 136,779 customers in unincorporated Orange County and portions of several municipalities in Orange County through the operation and maintenance of wastewater collection and transmission systems, pump stations, water reclamation facilities and reclaimed water systems. This division operates 3 regional water reclamation facilities.

There are 558 miles of wastewater forcemain, 1,190 miles of wastewater gravity main, 356 miles of reclaimed water pipeline and 698 Orange County Utilities maintained pump stations in the Orange County service area.
