Development Review Section and Planning & Zoning/Special Projects Section
 Development Review is the final phase of the planning process where policies, land uses, zoning activities, and design guidelines are joined to ordinance requirements, development proposals, and planning practice.

The Development Review Section reviews rezonings, subdivision plans, commercial site plans, and conducts community meetings to inform nearby residents of these plans.  This Section is also the primary support for special projects.
